Many of us have a listing that is not going anywhere. It has been on the market for a while and you need to do something fast or else you will lose the listing and your client. I have a solution that has worked for many real estate agents. I call it the 4R's of maintaing your listings.
Offer your sellers what I call the 4 R’s:
Renew
– Give your clients confidence to continue to list with you because you give them something of value
(that most agents are not doing) to help sell their home.
Provide them with professional photos and a video tour of their property!
Refresh
– New photos to replace winter pictures. Add a video tour and property website!
Everybody likes to see green trees and colorful flowers! Get more showings and closings!
Reduce
– Price reductions: “When you reduce the price, I will upgrade the marketing so we can start fresh again"
Give something and get something. It is a win-win for your client and for you!
Referrals
- When you give your clients the best property marketing that is available, they will tell others and you
will get more referral business!
In today's market your properties you must stand out from all the other
listings!
Apply the 4 R's and get rid of your inventory and replace it with commission!
